Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to all and any postal address around the India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. Along with Landmark if any

Our courier agents are DTDC / BLUEDART / Delhivery / Indiapost./ Xpressbees / Ekart..etc

Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Since We at Trendzmy.com works on a Trade Channel, working with other sellers, we have to procure items and products ordered from other seller. Some time it may take 24 Business hours to get Ordered Product ready to ship. Once the Shipment is ready, allocation of Courier service is processed that provide fastest delivery service according to your Postal Address.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days depending on the size and availability of item. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Transit Risk

Trendzmy.com ships all parcels as fully insured by our end. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Trendzmy.com will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an sms regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Trendzmy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Packing Method

All products are first polythene packed then put in corrugated Packet. All orders are shipped by Ist Class Air courier services and home delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch of the shipment.

It is advisable to Email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.

We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order.

And in case there is a delay in Shipping?

The “Availability” as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate count of days it would take to dispatch the order from our warehouse.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is ‘Out of Stock’ or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may also choose to deliver your order in multiple consignments (for multiple item orders with differing “Availability”). In some cases, we would offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time.

At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Store Credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.

To provide products at cheapest rate We Offer Products with Least Possible Margin.

This Low Margin does NOT allow us to Deliver Every Item for Free.

So We Do Charge a Minimal Amount as DELIVERY CHARGE against every order/Parcel that is less than Rs. 600/- (in the Category of Clothing & Apparel & other Category Other than Home & Decor) & Rs. 900/- (in the category of Home and Decor) in total. It means one can order one or more item in a parcel but if the Total Trendzmy Value of that parcel is less than Rs. 600/-(in the Category of Clothing & Apparel & other Category Other than Home & Decor) & Rs. 900/- (in the category of Home and Decor), Client shall have to pay for Delivery Charges.

The order accumulating Total of equal to or more than Rs 600/- will be Delivered Absolutely FREE all over INDIA (except J&K and North East)

Charges for Delivery of Parcel Less than Accumulated value of Rs 600/-(in the Category of Clothing & Apparel & other Category Other than Home & Decor) & Rs. 900/- (in the category of Home and Decor)  are as follows:

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD).

Trendzmy.com Pays on every COD out of its own pocket.

To provide Best deals to our customers Trendzmy.com has fixed a Minimum Value of Rs. 550/- of Parcel to provide FREE COD Facility.

The Parcel Value of 549/- or less will be levied COD Charges of Rs. 50/- per Parcel


Cancellation Policy.

You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated – by sending an email to support@trendzmy.com Mention the reason of email and order number in the Subject Line of the email.

If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.

If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.

Order once moved for procurement CANNOT be canceled.

In case, you have canceled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of cancellation of the order.

Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be canceled, but if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request and the same will be considered according to Return Policy.

If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand canceled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by either side.

Return

A customer must raise a return request within the 2 to 10 days (Depending upon the Category of the Product)(Explained separately in Return Policy) of an order delivery. You can raise a return request by sending an email to support@trendzmy.com – clearly stating your Order Number. Also, mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email.

A customer can return a delivered product, within 3 days of registering the return request with trendzmy.com.

In a usual Returns situation, a customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.

The Shipping charge levied on a delivery will not be refunded against any order.

Customized outfit/s stitched based on custom measurements cannot be returned or exchanged. Same applies to all Made-to-Order outfit/s.

A Saree cannot be returned if its blouse or petticoat has been stitched or any alteration in regard to its length, height, color or work has been made.

A Lehenga Choli cannot be returned, if its blouse/ choli or lehenga has been custom stitched or any alteration in regard to its length, height, color or work has been made.

Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are allowed on accessories.

Undergarments/warmers – Cannot be exchanged or returned at any cost.

Every Returned Product MUST be in its Oroginal Shape along with Accessories provided along with and Must be in Re-Sellable Position. Must be Packed Neatly as it was Delivered to the customer.

 

Refunds

A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office – for receiving the Refund. The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back – in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.

 

Exchange

Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We’re happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock.

Customer has to bear the Pick-up charges and Re-shipment (Re-Delivery) Charges.

While Trendzmy.com endeavors to procure products from its parent brand and different vendors around the world and have them delivered to their customers, trendzmy.com disclaims any direct and indirect liability, if a vendor fails to provide the requested goods in time or if the requested goods do not match the customer expectations.

  • Return/Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within 2 days of receiving the Product.
  • Refund/Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving of the product
  • Replacement will depend upon the availability of the product
  • In case the product was damaged while in your possession, Trendzmy.com will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement
  • Damaged/ Missing/ Empty Packages need to be returned within 2 days of receiving the product
  • Order Replacement Free of Cost can be done in following cases:
    -Wrong Size/ Color/ Style/ Quantity
    -Missing Parts/ Accessories
    -Defective/ Damaged (if not under Manufacturer’s Warranty*)
    -Not as per description
